Tour Remarks

                    
All tour fare and itineraries are subject to change depending on each country's latest Covid-19 policies, local immigration policies and safety measures.

♦ All tour packages provided by UbinGo Vacations Sdn. Bhd. (UVSB) are inclusive of Travel Insurance with an add-on for COVID-19 coverage, unless stated otherwise. (Travel Insurance policy will be finalized by UVSB upon tour confirmation.)
♦ The add-on of COVID-19 coverage does not cover any testing costs for COVID-19 related illnesses and unavoidable additional accommodation costs that might occur.

1) Deposit paid is non-refundable. No name change permitted, and no amendment allowed.

2) Cancellation Charges:
Upon booking administration fee: Minimum RM500 per person
32-44 working days before the date of departure: Forfeited tour deposit.
15-31 working days before the date of departure: 50% of tour fare.
14 working days or less before the date of departure: 100% of tour fare.

3) Group departure is subject to a minimum group size of 10 full paying tour package adults without Tour Leader; or a minimum group size of 16 full paying tour package adults & above with Tour Leader, unless stated otherwise. (For Japan tour, a minimum group size of 20 full paying tour package adults & above with Tour Leader)

4) Tour will be conducted in Mandarin, unless otherwise stated.

5) All fares stated herein are subject to change without prior notice in the event of an increase in fuel surcharges imposed by Airlines prior to departure and the difference shall be borne by the tour member.

6) Full payment, passport copy and / or any approved visa copy must be submitted at least 45 working days prior to departure date. However, tour member may be required to settle the balance payment earlier in the event of advance ticket issuance is requested by the airlines.

7) Tour confirmation will be notified 1 weeks before departure date.

8) Tour member must obtain final tour confirmation from UVSB before making any own arrangements including connecting flights, hotel arrangements and travel deviations, failing which all costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.

9) REMINDER:

a) Health and Mobility
Tour member must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit for travel. If the tour member fails to disclose any physical, medical, or other special needs that require special attention at the time of booking, UVSB reserves the right to cancel the reservation or discontinue the tour at any point in time.

b) Exit and Entry
Exit: Before exiting Malaysia, tour member is reminded to have passport validity of at least 6 months upon date of returning from abroad and is also responsible to ensure of his/her travelling status with Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Entry: Before entering the country/countries to be visited, tour member must ensure all relevant visa, vaccination, necessary travel documents and certificates are in accordance with the requirement of the local authorities.

10) By confirming this booking, the tour member has acknowledged all the above and indemnify UVSB in the event UVSB undergoes any loss or damage as a result of the tour member's failure to comply on all the above. UVSB will not be held liable or bear any losses for any failure to observe the said requirements including deportation. For any amendment / cancellation of booking, kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions of Tourism Industry Regulations 1992.
