WORKING HOURS: 5-day work week, 9-hour shift, 9-hour shift
OPERATION HOURS: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) / 9.00am to 5.00pm (Saturday)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the Tour Operations process flow implementations are according to the company’s policy.
• Handle customer cancellation, short payment and others
• Manage paperwork i.e. rooming list, confirmation, exchange order
• Take charge of private group’s itinerary (exp. custom make itinerary and quotation)
• Manage the ground bookings with local ground operator i.e. Hotel Reservation, restaurant bookings, domestic flight
• Ensure payment is made to ground operator and airlines
• Request airline seat and meal according to the customer’s request
• Ensure full name list, departure/ arrival date are accurate before deadline

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Diploma/ degree in tourism or related discipline with a tourism emphasis is required; or
• Preferably Minimum 1 year of working experience in the travel industry
• Preferably requires some basic ticketing knowledge.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• Proficient in the English, Chinese and Malay language; both verbal and written communication
• Minimum basic understanding of the Japanese language is required.
