WORKING HOURS: 5-day work week, 8-hour shift, 9-hour shift
OPERATION HOURS: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) / 9.00am to 5.00pm (Saturday)
ALLOWANCE: RM800 (Diploma), RM1000 (Degree)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the team in handling general customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins and emails.
• Assist in providing information on tour packages, destinations, transportation, accommodation, travel dates, fares and travel requirements.
• Assist with tour bookings and confirmations under the guidance of the team.
• Assist in collecting and checking customer travel documents, including passport copies and other required information.
• Assist in following up with customers on outstanding or final payments.
• Assist with visa applications and related documentation, where applicable.
• Assist in updating customers on tour promotions, destinations and relevant travel information.
• Assist with group ticket submissions and the preparation of required airline documentation.
• Assist the team with airline-related documentation and EO issuance, where applicable.
• Assist with updating and maintaining ticketing information in the relevant systems.
• Assist in preparing tour operation documents, such as rooming lists, confirmations and other tour paperwork.
• Assist in maintaining proper filing systems and electronic records for customer and tour-related documents.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and records for completed/departed tours.
• Develop basic knowledge of tour products, destinations, travel procedures and customer service.
• Gain practical exposure to tour sales, ticketing and tour operations through day-to-day support to the team.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.
• Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned by the HOD / Director.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma/ Degree in business, travel management, hospitality and Tourism, or any related fields

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• Proficient in the English, Chinese and Malay language; both verbal and written communication
