  • DAY 2 CHANGDE - 282km - PHOENIX ANCIENT TOWN

    Phoenix Ancient Town [Boat Ride Tuojiang] [Night Tour of Phoenix Ancient Town]
    It was built in 1704 and has 300 years of history. Ancient town was added to the UNESCO World Heritage.

    Furong Town’s main attractions include Furong Waterfall, one of the town’s highlights and a popular spot for tourists. The cascading waterfall is impressive, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers breathtaking views.

    One of the most beautiful mountains in the world, the stunning views ‘Heaven’s Door’ and the 99 Bends, vertical cliffs, the thrilling cliff-hanging walkway and glass skywalk, and the world’s longest cable car ride, make it unquestionably one of the best mountains to visit in China.
    *In the event of any suspension service of the cable car or escalator, replacement transport for the tour will be arranged. Due to ticket purchase is group ticket, refund of an individual section of Tianmen Mountain National Park is unavailable.
    *Winter season (Nov-Feb) visit to Tianmen Cave escalator ride & shuttle bus may possibly closed, group that visit Tianmen Mountain National Park will take both way cable car to scenic area, sightseeing in certain areas will be temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions.
     
    Zhangjiajie Junsheng Painting Institute
    It is a special exhibition hall of sandstone painting, known as the “Sandstone Painting Art Palace”. Sand and stone painting is made of natural materials such as sand, stone and plants as painting materials.

    Natural Reserve is a part of Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area, the natural heritage of the world. The most stunning peaks in Wulingyuan, and it is well-known for the four wonders - the Sea of Clouds, the Radiance of the Moonlight, the Rays of Sunshine and the Snow in winter. It is known for its breathtaking natural beauty, particularly the unique pillarlike rock formations that inspired the floating mountains in the movie “Avatar”. The park is characterized by lush forests, deep canyons, and stunning panoramic views.

    *Glass Bridge: Due to unpredictable weather and unforeseen circumstances, the attraction will be closed.
